There's a Hawaiian meditation called Ho'oponopono. It's all new to me. Before I heard about it, I didn't even know the Hawaiians meditated. Ho'o means to "Make". Ponopono means "perfect". It's to be recited to heal a broken relationship. It can being healing in a time of pain and grief.
It recites as follows:
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
